Overdose taken yesterday

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello I recently got treated for an overdose of 40 tablets of co codamol this was at a hospital and had a drip for 2 days then stupidity took more tablets when release d from hospital yesterday which was 12 neofen do I need to go back to hospital or will I be okay physically
