Overactive bladder.

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi am 33yrs male.i have this problem of overactive bladder from past 6 months. I need to go urine atleast 12-15 times in a day. I had taken tab mirago 25 mg for 3 months. After that i took mirago s tab for 1 month but it din improve. Doctor also suggested CYSTOSCOPY. Due to this pandemic i m scared to go outside for treatment. Can anyone suggest any other option which can really help at present any medication or any other option that can ease my problem.

Have u maintained a bladder diary? Have u done an ultrasound of the bladder to know the bladder capacity? These 2 things will help a urologist decide about the need for a cystoscopy when u haven't got any relief from the antimuscarinics already prescribed
