When you are aware of the situation and are able to analyze yourself means you are into a neurosis. Now also try to analyze the cause ;why this is happening ,why you have stress-deficiency in achievements ? any break-up, not getting a response from your heart-throb ? ,Having some jealousy with someone may be a friend or close ?some physical or bodily deficiency ? Some deficiency at home and family..???ambitions remaining unfulfilled like financial, career, love-life....sit with yourself -search the cause ,if more than one ,note down in the order of severity; Sometimes you may need some medicines for a short period of time;you can call me for a free advice and counselling at 98 11 03 1656
