Over Reactive Bladder

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I feel urgency of urination and I leak urine after urination. so my urologist gave me trofame XR. I'm taking Trofame XR trospium chloride extended release capsule since december 2016. This pill helps a lot. But after quitting this pill in last september I'm leaking urine again. My doctor says don't quit this pill. DO i have to take this pill forever?

That depends on the symptoms ... In over active bladder , some of the patients symptoms don't recur even after stopping the medications... Those patients need not take the drugs' In some patients immediately symptoms will reappear after stopping medication...those patients have to continue as long as symptoms persist..
