I don't have any pain... Just went for a routine checkup and found it. My periods are also regular..

If you can share your ultrasound report with me, I can guide you better. A 9 cm cyst has to be removed and checked by pathologist. It can be removed laparoscopically as well. Please see a gynaecologist for the same. You may come down to my clinic in Andheri/Jogeshwari for the same
