Ovarian cyst
I have ovarian cyst 57×38mm in left ovary with internal septation is this curable with medician or surgery.i have pain in my lower abdomen sepecially in left side from one week.recently in august 2017 i gone through gallblader removal surgery because of stone.and i also want to know that after surgery can i concieve.i am unmarried.

The cyst is large one better to go for laparoscopic excision of cyst.
Depending upon state of ovary you can conceive.
Better to go as early as possible as there can be conservative surgery on left ovary so left ovarian tissue can be saved as much as possible.
Don't go for oophorectomy just ask simple excision of cyst.
Discuss all pros and cons with gyno.
