Can a cyst inside the ovary can be removed without removing the ovary? I have 6cm cyst which is fluid filled inside my ovary, does this need to be removed or it can go away on its own?

7 cms we do surgery, 6 we can wait. Repeat sonography to see it's resolution. Yes cyst alone can be removed without removing ovary through laparoscopy cystectomy

Do not worry for solitary 6cm cyst, it can be treated with medicines no need of surgery.Treatment is possible .
