My sister is facing otorrhea problem from 2 or 3 yrs.sometimes it start and whole of the year nothing happen.her age is 19 yrs .so we hv to change her eardrum.plz tell us wht the solution of this problem.

Persistent otorrhoea might be due to a hole in the ear drum. The condition is called chronic suppurative otitis media.
Next Steps
consult an ENT specialist who will examine her ear by an otoscope. a large perforation usually requires surgery. Age is no criteria and it's done as and when required.

do not self clean using ear buds as you risk introducing infection. avoid water entry into the ear
