Osteotomy of right knee
I was having a osteotomy on 2nd july. Now I am on bed rest for about 2 and half week. Now my periods come and I am feeling so uncomfortable that I am on bed rest, I can't get up by myself and many more. I can only sit and bed rest at one place and at this situation, I'm having my periods. What can I do to feel myself comfortable?
