Suffering from stiff knee joints .xray shows that left knee is badly damaged and cartilage is lost.advice knee replacement.but I want to explore alternate treatment models if any.can you help?

Hello.. Well alternative means you can opt for physiotherapy which might not provide you with much relief if the osteoarthritis is grade 3 or 4..You can try it in Ayurveda or other form of medicine if you are so against Surgery...But then knee replacement is beneficial for you...Thank you

As x Ray shows degenerative changes .Better start janu basti + pind Sweden + janu dhara. Ayurvedic medicines is must to heal & strengthen knee joint.
