OSA patient needs to have Bariatric surg
I obese patient of 150kg having problems in walking, joint pain, depression, breathing and treated with acute OSA. Treatment under IPAP, CPAP failed. Finally when treated under BIPAP S/T machine with humidifier and pressure 23/15(IPAP VS EPAP), and I slept normal. I have asked to buy a BIPAP machine. Need your suggestion which one to buy. Few options below:
