My Grandfather is more than 50 years old. So he has thighs pain during walking, but no pain during rest. His BP range from 140 to 146 systolic. So what is best treatment for this kind thighs pain?

Thigh pain on walking, reducing at rest...can be of vascular or neurogenic causes... May be diagnosed with Doppler and MRi respectively It could be early arthritis of hip also...which can be seen on Xrays
