This is sangita mishra,i am 26 year old.my upper and lower teeth protunding.i have met 2 we’ll know docs here in Banglore.according to one my jaw are strong and there is no space in between teeth so for that they have to remove 4 teeth and put the braces to put more stress or do grinding.

We need to see the opg and lateral cepha
X rays and also your facial profile too matters whether you need extraction or no extraction
Depending on the molar relationship and space required we will extract one upper and one lower tooth or sometimes two upper and two lower teeth
