Large andoid and tonsils. Forward protruding front upper 2 big teeth (premature due to accident). Mouth breether, but no major physical symptom like pain in ears. OPG & Lat. cepha. done. Dentists n ENT specialists have varying opinions. Can we proceed with dental treatment (expansion appliance)without andoid operation?

Hello there.
If the adenoids are causing problems like breathing discomfort, its better to get them removed.
Adenoids are just a lymphatic tissue. We can live perfectly fine without adenoids.
They have very less or even no significant use in us.
So I suggest better to get it removed and then proceed with the dental procedures.
