Oral thrush, Angina and Scrotum Rash.

I am Second Year MBBS Student... Right Now I Am Studying In Jamnagar... I have Server Problems which I like to share with you - first problem is that I frequently Suffered from candidasis (most possible I know) specially in genital region and folds of legs.. also it produce now scrotum rash.. well then I am now on treatment of Clotrimazole (canesten) Cream... (Self Treatment).. and I feel better.. but after serval day after treatment I feel chest pain (possibly not related with that infection) at evening time before that One Day Accidentally  my teeth hurt my lips inner side i applied glycerine for serval days but then I found inflammation at apex of Tounge at first time (may be baby oral thrush may I have but at adult stage mostly I was unaffected) other part of tounge is not much more affected. may it is in Candia infection... but Due To My Medical Knowledge limitation I can't diagnos myself propely right now what should I do Now In This Condition ?
