Oral sex can cause hiv or not

I had licked vagina of a unknown girl on march1st will i get hiv or not? I asked the girl do she have any problems she said NO, the very next day faced diarhae took tablets issue got resolved, and the following next day was having pain in the middle part of the neck took tablets issue got resolved and yesterday was feeling very tired drank redbull became normal and today i am facing body chills and a small cut has been appeared on the down part of lip? Do symptoms of hiv appear with in one week? Is their any test can i take and if the results come negative should i wait for window period or not? Plz tell me hell scared not understanding anything and from night no hunger
