Dear doctor,
I am a non smoker and non alcoholic, I am 29 years old. I have white bumps in buccal mucosa, In my mouth exactly 8 years before I had oral sex with a sex worker, I have tested for all stds. After 6 months all came as negative.
But at that time I have noticed this oral infection in my mouth on one side of my cheek which is not painful from long back. I showed it to the ENT doctor recently without explaining the cause, As per his update it's an oral hyperkeratosis caused by cheek bite but I never experienced any cheek bite. I just want to get rid of this infection I don't want to spread this infection to others. As I have to go for my marriage
Kindly check the pic please share your knowledge based on that I will proceed to the next step.
I also shared my tongue as well , There is one small tiny red color wart as well , Please give me the correct response 🙏

It is most probably due to bite and even you have caries in your molar tooth
Consult dentist in person to check if you have any sharp tooth and get yourself treated for caries also
