Open sores and boils in the upper genita

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have one open sore(red periphery with a white centre) and one boil in the upper genital area(female) .The sore is painless and the boil hurts on touch. I'm sexually active with only my fiance (I'm sure no STD). This started after I shaved my genital area last week.I developed itchiness soon after . Please tell me what this might be
