Open boil in left nostril

Asked for Female, 34 Years

There is an open boil in the left nostril. Gave 3 azithromycin 500 and neosporin in warm water for 5 days...it still is little red. Please suggest.

You may need to change the antibiotic since azithromycin will not help. Also, you need to apply proper antibiotic cream.
