  3. One side chest sagging. Further help.

One side chest sagging
From past 2 months right side of my chest is slightly swollen and saggy, but there is no pain. It looks bigger than the left side and is a recent development. Do not understand the cause for it, please let me know more about it and which department to consult for further help.
