My dad is suffering from diabities Last 3 days his one eye colour got red...having slight blur vision

Hello Redness could be due to sub conjunctival hemorrhage which is benign condition. Since his vision is also affected, I would recommend retina examination. Consult local ophthalmologist and get his retina examined once
