Greetings. I am sorry/ no definitive diagnosis or advise can be given with the limited history/ symptoms you have mentioned. This could be ? folliculitis / ? milaria. Kindly give detailed history with photographs - so that I could add in some advise to help your dermatological condition. Else please see a qualified dermatologist near you.
