On and off blood in stool

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had blood in stool from two years, I was not sure what it was and even was pregnant last year and now have a one year old healthy kid. The amount has decreased now but on and off is there. Bright red mostly mixed with mucous on stool recently changed diet has shown affect but has not gone completely. My father has colitis but he never had blood in stool.
