(Doctor said me to use Glycomate sr 500 mg (since am planning for pregnancy).) 1) Is it Mandate to use medication? 2) if so,what is long term impact of Metaformin Tablets ? ( I heard about neural disorders and Blurred vision effects if we use Bigomet or Glycomate ) 3) can I reduce glucose levels by Diet and Exercise with out using Medication? 4) Is Pre Diabetic be completely reversible with lifestyle changes ? Or can only be prevented?
