Odd things appearing randomly on body

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Found that my belly button is bleeding, often, I get random blue marks on my skin, constant bleeding in the gums and last I checked, high RBC count.

You should get CBC with peripheral blood film and BT CT and APTT done. Looks like some circulation disorder.
