Asked for Male, 21 Years

Sir I am student.Currently I am on Fluvoxamine50 (Psyvoxin 50) 50 1-0-1 and clomipramine 12.5 mg Syconil12.5 mg 0-0-1... Due to this medicine my depression vanish but sometimes negative thinking occurs... Can I switch to only flunil 40 mg 1-0-0 tab.. If yes then what will be correct dose for it?

First try single medication with adequate dose eg max. Dose of fluvoxamine is 300mg and you can try single aday or twice a day because fluvoxamine has 14 to 29 hrs half life .
