Occipital headache
I'm medical student. I have intermittent throbbing headache at occipital region since 3 days and today it was last continue about an hour . Headache aggravated when I'm see on the ground or something taken from the ground . Rt. Ear ache since 3days also .falling on the ground from 1st floor before 10 year and occipital hitting on ground .is this serious problems ?

Hello there... I understand your concern about your health condition and I appreciate that...there are many reasons for headache it may be due to increased blood pressures, migraine, cluster headache, refractive errors, meningitis,sinusitis,increased intracranial pressure, reffered pain from somewhere else... So detailed history and examination with relevant investigations is necessary... Kindly consult nearest neuro physician they will do the needful.
