Occasional acute weakness
After a gap of around every 2-3 months, I feel acute weakness (sometimes accompanied by dizziness). In march 2015, I had vitamit d deficiency (less than 10) and high pth levels (158) which came to normal after around 6 months (vitamin d = 64 and pth = 42). However, still I feel acute weakness (sometimes accompanied by dizziness) after gap of several months (2-3). All other tests were normal (bp, sugar, b12, thyroid) Very rarely also feel heavy head. Also experiencing continuous muscle contraction in right hand for past 2-3 months. 1 year ago neck x-ray revealed straightening due to muscular spasm but as per specialist it was normal. Please suggest.
