Obstruction in urine passage

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Pain in Glans of the penis, foreskin is too tight and now skin size has increased. I'm going through a pain these days and it happens to me quite frequently. I noticed this a year ago and i haven't shared this problem with anyone as i feel uncomfortable but now m thinking to go through a treatment for this. Please suggest me what should be done to cure this problem. Thank you
