28 weeks pregnant. Single live intrauterine pregnancy of approximate gestational age 27 weeks 5 days.Single loop of cord around neck.High resistance flow in umbilical artery, RI:0.71. FHR - 145 Bpm EFBW- 1117 GMS.Is there any complications to worry about.If have what is the treatment?
