Hello, central obesity is genetically most commonly seen in males of middle age, even some of the environmental condition will add upon like,, sitting for most of the time in a day,, less physical activity. Here are few keys to lose weight, exercise atleast 30min a day,, either brisk walk or cardio workout, get enough sleep and spend time with family and friends which will reduce stress and help to decrease weight. Avoid all junk and only foods eat more vegetables and fruits.
