Obesity 95kg

I want to know how can I reduce around 8kg per 15days..and is panchkarma safe ? And what diet should I follow to achieve my target? I do 3hour walk in morning & 2hour yoga and in evening again 2hour walk Is this enough ?

Yes, panchakarma is safe for losing weight provided your doctor is skilled and doing authentic practise.. U should increase dry items in your diet to achieve your target.. Walking is helpful only if it causes sweating, in yoga, you should do only hard dynamic yoga under a trained yoga instructor..
