Nuvaring birth control
I kept the nuvaring in for 5 weeks then took it out for about a week and had a period then put a new one in a few days ago but according to my app I'm supposed to be ring free starting this past Sunday the 9th I didn't take it out on the 9th since I had just put it in on the 5th. Should i follow my app and take it out or keep it in for 3 weeks?
