Nutrition defeciency
I am working in organization where I work in different shifts due to which I don't get proper food on time. It is causing lack of required food minerals in my body. I get so much pain in my legs, joints, hair loss etc. I feel so week. it is not possible for me to get nutrition from food because I am having food outside only. Please suggest me some good supplements for vitamins and calcium.

Hi, first resort should be food then supplement. Try to have fruits and a mix variety of nuts daily. Also you should first get tested to see whether you really are deficient. Supracal is a good calcium supplement and revital women as an multi vitamin. But first do get a blood test done and consult a physician.
