My Dr. has prescribed me nutricap-h and Gurumann Sir has also launch his multivitamins. So which one should I take nuticap-h or GM multivitamins

Hi Thanks for your query. As of now follow the prescription by your doctor. Next visit you can ask him if you can switch over to other multivitamins.
