Nunbness in right hand.
Numbness in right hand and tingling sensation from finger tips to upper arm. It comes and goes it is not constant. Same sensation as the saying "got ants in my arm".

Hi there... Hand pain, numbness, which increases in night could be due to thoracic outlet syndrome or carpel tunnel syndrome or hypothyroidism, cervical disc prolapse... Head and neck pain is definitely due to disc dessication at c2- c3... Not the hand pain as nerves supplying hand are c5,6,7,8 and t1... Disc dessication means that in the cartilage between vertebrae I.e intervertebral disc there is loss of fluid which is early degenerative change... Cause of your hand pain can be found only by ruling out each thing... For pain relief give rest to hand as due to over use muscle inflammation occurs which could press on nerves and cause pain, dip hand in hot water so that there is more blood flow and washes out pain causing chemicals.... Consult spine surgeon

Hello there.  I can understand your concern. I went through your query and also noticed that you are also a diabetic. It could be a neuropathy problem. You can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month and a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 10 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering from peripheral neuropathy. There are many causes for peripheral neuropathy like diabetes, never inflammation, vitamin deficiency, other systemic diseases. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations.
