I am having numness in both the hands especialy in fore arms with higher magnitude in vertical position for last 3 months. i do not feel any cervical pain. pleaase suggest what to do . should i go for m.r i.

Numbness usually means there is some compression or damage to nerves.There could be many causes. You need to consult a Neuro Specialist. A nerve conduction study or an MRI with a few blood tests may be required.
