Numbness on left hand during evenin walk

My left hand is becoming numb after sometime while going for an evening walk..so kindly help me out regarding this issue..is there any problem regarding this Issue. This is not the first time i am facing this problem..Earlier also when i staryed going for an evening walk i faced the same problem..I stopped for sometime from then for nearly one yea
