Numbness in toe area

Asked for Male, 19 Years

My name is somnath ghosh, I have done my ingrown tonail surgery in 27th Dec,after the surgery almost 1 month have gone but still I facing numbness in my right toe area (the area of surgery and the near area of toe)the condition does improve still now ,the wound is better than now but numbness doesn't cure ,what I can do dr ,give me some suggestion it may benefit for me
