Numbness in right hand
I have recently developed a disorder wherein I feel frequent numbness in the fingers of my left hand. I'm not able to fold my fingers freely and sometimes causes pain. Not able to hold objects in my left hand with a firm grasp. Numbness is highest in the morning and gradually reduces during the day. Doing a squeezy ball action with my fingers helps in reducing the numbness. I've had this problem for the past 3 months and a regular bike rider. Have been working from home for the past 6 months but have been riding a bike for atleast 30 mins a day in the past 6 months. I live in Bangalore but 6 months ago moved to Chennai. Not taking any medication for this disorder.
