Numbness in Right body portion
I am working in bank n having sitting job all the day. Mine right arm is having numbness of about 20 - 30 % from last 40 days approx. Now it is there in my right leg from last 2 days. Could you pls suggest some medicine for the same. And also suggest some precaution need to be taken or exercise to be done for the cure of this problem. Thanks

Numbness in rt hand is suggestive of cervical spondylosis, take vitamin B12 supplement , get x Ray of cervical spine to confirm the diagnosis
