numbeness of lt cheek perse can be due to various reasons ...and mostly due to nerve involvement ....go see a neurosurgeon he ll examine n let u know...also to be sure you can get a mri brain...n see if it really is stroke...aspirin you can take if advised by cardio fornyour asd
