Hello there I'm suffering from pain in my left arm i have trouble lifting my arm it goes numb I'm having sharp pains from my elbow to my fingers my chest also feels heavy the pain is all down my left side

From elbow to fingers  may be due to tendinitis if the pain focus on your outside of the arm . Reason may be repetitive stress or over use- job related.  Treatment is possible with medication, physiotherapy and exercise. Apply anti inflammatory ointment over elbow, Hot pack. Avoid lifting weights with left arm

DETAILED HISTORY NECESSARY, MRI CERVICAL SPINE  TO RULE OUT CERVICAL  SPONDYLITIS OR ANY INTER VERTEBRAL DISC RELATED COMPLAINTS.
