NT scan and Double marker report review
My sister is 37years old and married to immediate relative and first child is 12 years and she is under medication for thyroid since 12years and it is normal and now she is in her 3rd month of pregnancy and in 12week NT scan NT is 1.1mm and found  notches in both left and right uterine and NT risk shows 1:500 and CRL 61.3mm later in dual marker test the risk of trisomy 21 is l:650.. we are worried.. please suggest

It's intermediate risk. Get a NIPT done. It's a non invasive blood test.
