Novaclav 625 days of therapy
I have asked pharmacist for cold and temperature, and respiratory cough associated, he has given me a parasidamol and novaclap 625 twice a day for 2 days. Ideally for how many days I should take novaclav 625? I have taken for 3 days.

If you are experiencing common cold and associated fever and cough for less than 5 days, it's better to avoid unnecessary antibiotics. Only take paracetamol, plenty of water, hot drinks, do warm saline gargle and also you can take cough syrup for symptomatic relief. But if the fever is persisting for more than 5 days or if you have already started novaclap 625, continue it for 5 days atleast 2/3 times a day depending upon severity.
