Not sure if I can have children

I've had a miscarriage 3 years ago where the baby didn't develop, the only thing there was the embryonic sack, I've always used protection since but this month my boyfriend did ejaculate in me right in the middle of my ovulation time. If I don't get pregnant from this, am I unlikely to be able to have children?
