Hello There.
I can understand your concern.
you have provided little history. very little in fact.
does he have any vision issues? like does he have glasses?
what you need to do is, get him checked out by a ophthalmologist in person and its everything is clear by him, then you have to consult a neurologist in person for further evaluation and management.
