Not performing well
My nephew is 10 years old. He is under fits medication from when his age was 1 year. He is sometimes not responding, I feel like. He don't study the way a student of class second do. He is getting complaint from school of not performing. Can you please suggest whom to consult and what would be the issue... I'll be thankful to you...

fits or seizures are of many type one of them is absence seizure in which the person just stops responding for some time so kindly get analysed further as he may be suffering from that. for other problems you should consult a pediatrist who can assist you by explaining behaviour therapy and other mental exercises to improve performance
Next Steps
NOT EVERY CHILD IS SAME.he may not be interested in studies but good at sports drawing dancing etc so try to explore those options. gone are the days when only academics mattered
Health Tips
kindly consult if you have any other query
