  4. Not ovulating. The reason. please help!

Not ovulating
I have AMH value 4ng/ml and FSH value is 4.48 mlU/ml in mid cycleand Estradiol (E2) value is 107.88 pg/mL in mid cycle. But my ovaries are not producing follicles what may be the reason. Please help
