Not myself
I'm 22 years old. I've had a pretty normal life. 6 days ago I had a random panic attack and fully believed I was dying. Since then I've been really spaced out, confused, and do not feel myself at all. I've had some cheat pain as well. I don't know if this is just anxiety or what, but I've never been this way in my life I've been a pretty normal kid for the most part. I did stop smoking and drinking the day I had the panic attack but I wasn't that heavy of a drinker or smoker.
